Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is basic rules that keep our carpool community a safer and better one.


Respect appointment times, meeting places, the planned itinerary and peoples preferences.


Notify passengers of any delays or impediments as soon as possible.
Be reachable by phone 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled trip.
Report to the driver any delay or impediment before the trip.


The driver should present, at the request of any passengers, his/her drivers license and the vehicle's registration.
Present, upon request of the driver, a photo identification. 


As a Driver you must respect all road rules and speed limits.
Drivers are not allowed to consume alcohol, or any product that may impair driving ability before or during journeys.
The driver must guarantee that the vehicle is in perfect working condition and warrants and registration should be up to date.
The driver must guarantee the vehicle is the subject to appropriate insurance.
As passenger must not do anything that would compromise the safety of themselves or others in the vehicle.


As a Passenger you must provide the carpool code to the driver prior to taking the journey.
